Simol was established in Luzzara ( Italy ) 40 years ago as a manufacturer of jacks and jockey wheels for the agricultural sector, but soon extended its production to the field of car trailers, construction equipment and industrial vehicles.Today Simol is a European market leader in the sector and offers a unique range of products in terms of high quality and variety. Product controls and internal audits are performed in every production stage to guarantee the supply of safe components in compliance with the strictest safety regulations. The advanced technology of the manufacturing plants and the training of qualified operators allow the ever changing market needs to be met with accuracy and professionalism. In order to respond to evolving market conditions, Simol has developed an extremely flexible, efficient and strongly customer-oriented organizational structure. The creation of a total partnership with the customers, from the design stage onwards, enables Simol to provide rapid solutions to any problem and to efficiently satisfy the most specific requirements. All products are regularly treated with water-based anti-rust primer and can be supplied ready for installation. In order to respond to the growing market demand for specially tailored and customized products, Simol integrates its service with special finishing processes available on request: electrophoresis, powder coating (also in specific RAL-colour), hot and cold galvanising. Simol currently exports 90% of its production to 40 different countries. Thanks to its punctual and efficient service it has been selected as a reference business partner by leading manufacturers of equipment and machinery.
