CBF was founded in 1986 with the purpose to research and produce oleodynamic products for the agriculture, earth moving and lifting machinery.
Nowadays, CBF has extended its production and sales by introducing on the market a complete and specialized range of oleodynamic valves such as: Relief valves – Pressure reducing valves – Overcenter valves – Flow dividers – Flow regulators – Check valves – Pilot operated check valves – Relief unloading sequence valves – Sandwich mounting valves – electric valves – End of stroke valves, Cylinder lock valves – Distributors at one lever for small flow rate and Hand pumps.
The company, also, custom-builds monoblocks and hydraulic systems under specification or project in collaboration with the customer.
In our factory quality has always been of primary importance. Since November 1999, CBF has been operating with a Quality System certified under ISO 9002, followed by the November 2003 adjustment from DNV, on Quality Management System conforming to the latest UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standard.
CBF business strategy is mainly oriented towards the innovation and development of new products always keeping in mind the customer’s need and requirements.
CBF products are now widely used in three main sectors: Agriculture, Industry and Transport. We are currently exporting over 65% of our production and over the years we have built a good reputation serving customers in the following places: Europe, Canada, South Africa, Australia, Middle East, South East Asia, Israel and South America.
Some of the most important ranges between our products are:

Overcenter valves with maximum flows from 40 l/min. to 200 l/min. and working pressure until 350 bar. The valves are available with standard pilot ratio 4,25:1 and on request, with pilot ratios 3:1, 8:1, 10:1. In the range is also available the version “CC”, that is right for applications that expect the use centre close distributors.
Two and three ways flow regulators valves, that are available in cartridge style or with collector manual and with electric control with flows of a minimum 1 l/min. until maximum 380 l/min. and working pressure from 200 until 350 bar.
Flow divider combiner cartridge style, made in steel with heat-treatment or with collector with a flow division ratio 50%+50% and 7 different flow range that various from minimum of 3 l/min. to maximum of 150 l/min.
Two, three, four way electric valves available in cartridge normally open and normally close style, slide type or seals type, or with collector. The maximum flows can be from 10 l/min. until 150 l/min. with maximum pressure from 200 until 300 bar.
Flangeable valves on DANFOSS – SAM HYDRAULIK – WHITE motors (standard production) and, on request, for other types of motor. Hydraulic valves with flange NG6 (CETOP 3) and flange NG10 (CETOP 5) that included Overcenter valves, relief valves, flow regulator valves, pilot operated check valves, electric valves, relief-unloading valves high-low pressure, sub-plate for solenoid valves, manifold plate valves until 10 station, packing plate. There are available on maximum flows that go from 40 l/min. and maximum working pressure from 350 bar (aluminium) to 450 bar (steel).
