Disc Mowers
Standard equipment includes off-set3point hitch, wide-track tandem axle, long adjustment screw, 16x650-8 wheels gearbox reduction for optimal speed and front height regulating screw.

Hay-rakes
The Three Point Hitch Hay Rakes P Series were the first series of rakes produced by the TONUTTI company. These rakes have two finger wheels assembled to each rake arm. The arms are independent from the rake frame and the rake frame is also independent from the rake head. The simplicity of the mechanism of the this rake along with the independence of each component permits that the rake can adapt itself to all kinds of terrains even the most uneven and also ditches. Each finger wheel consist of 40 tines. The tines’ shape and special steel used in manufacturing have been studied to give them the best flexibility. This design allows for a gentle contact with the forage avoiding any soil contamination. The shock absorbing springs on the three point rake head relieves the ground pressure on the finger wheels. This rake requires very little maintenance. All Tonutti three point hitch hay rakes P series have standard parts that are interchangeable (wheels, head, arms and tines). Included in this series Tonutti is a rear mounted windrow turner with 2 or 3 finger wheels which is used to turn windrows to allow for better drying.

Mower Conditioners
The new Tonutti mower conditioner has been designed to achieve faster hay making and therefore help reduce the risks of bad weather conditions and also guarantee an excellent preservation of all the nutritional values of the product. The Tonutti mower conditioner is efficient and reliable for conditioning all types of grass crops. The Tonutti mower conditioner is produced in two versions: the first with helical rubber rolls and the second with conditioning fingers or flails. The Tonutti mower conditioner is a heavy duty mower specially designed for use in large fields and in difficult conditions.Both the cutter bar and the frame are reinforced to make them suitable for rough working conditions. More over, even the drawbar is heavy duty and reinforced and has a double steering joint that allows the machine to follow the tractor in all field conditions.The rubber rolls in the conditioners are helical and not straight. This allows for a better drying process of the crop as the stems dry as quickly as the leaves. With this system the forage dries quicker and evenly. Drying can be adjusted by means of two springs positioned on the outside of the rolls. Furthermore the rolls are divided into small sections which allows the replacement of only a damaged section of the roll instead of the entire roll.The flail mower conditioner is particularly suitable for drying graminaceous crops. The crop is pushed into the conditioner where it comes into contact with the rotor’s fingers (flails). The crop is then made to rub against the protection of the steel plate where the drying takes place obtaining the evaporation of the humidity. Drying is also adjusted by the position of the panel.The lifting of the machine from working to transport position is effected rapidly by means of an hydraulic cylinder assembled in the center of the machine which allows the machine to be lifted from the ground to a horizontal and parallel position.The two large ground wheels allow the machine to work perfectly, particularly on uneven terrain.All gears in the mower conditioners are enclosed in a lubricated gearbox which ensures long life and very little maintenance.The structure of the gearbox and cover are designed to allow less flection possible.The discs are oval shaped with special profiles which ensure strength and non-deformability even in difficult heavy working conditions and stony terrain.The crops are deposited into adjustable, soft and well aired windrows keeping all their richness and nutritional values.

Hay Tedders
TONUTTI tedders are designed for spreading, and turning all types of forage crops on flat or hilly terrain. For an even spread, the tines pick up quantities of hay on each rotor, turn and deposit it on the ground, perfectly fluffed, clean and without damage. TONUTTI tedders come in 3 basic versions: 2 rotors - 4 rotors - 6 rotors sand in many sizes. 2 ROTORS TEDDERS, for smaller operations, consist of the model 250 and model 310. Both are available as 3 point hitch or pull type models with fixed or swivel wheels. 4 ROTORS TEDDERS, for larger operations, consist of the model 380-440-500 and 540. Both are available as 3point hitch or pull type models with a choice of manual spring assist vertical fold or full hydraulic vertical fold from the tractor seat. 6 ROTORS TEDDERS, for very large or commercial operations. TONUTTI has developed the 6 rotors versions. They are available with off-set or fixed 3 point hitch as well as pull type models.

Sickle Bar Mowers
TONUTTI SICKLE BAR MOWERS are designed for all types of crops and for use in almost all conditions. TONUTTI SICKLE BAR MOWERS feature a double action powering both the sickle bar and the guard bar, producing a good sharp scissors cut of the crop. TONUTTI SICKLE BAR MOWERS with the double action, offer higher operating speeds and more resistance to clogging than conventional sickle bar mowers. TONUTTI SICKLE BAR MOWERS are simple in design, efficient, easy to operate and produce a smooth clean cut. TONUTTI SICKLE BAR MOWERS comes in 6 versions: FD-J 120/135/150 - FBR 145/175/205 FD-J 120/135/150, for small farms hobby farms and small tractors, come with cat.I 3-point hitch. Standard equipment includes, PTO shaft, extra sickle blade, swath board mechanical crank to raise and lower the cutterbar. Hydraulic lift is also available. Rotary Rakes

Strength, speed and versatility combined with the variety of models, make our GR series rotary rakes ideal for use in all types of crops. TONUTTI ROTARY RAKES gently sweep the crop, maintaining the important nutrient value and forming fluffy windrows. TONUTTI ROTARY RAKES are designed to perform in hilly areas and along terraces as well as flat land. Common features of the GR series include oil bath gearbox, telescopic linkage, and high resistent steel teeth. TONUTTI ROTARY RAKES come in 3 basic versions: 8 ARMS - 9 ARMS - 11 ARMS and in many sizes. 8 ARMS ROTARY RAKE, for smaller operations, consist of the model GR300. Standard equipment includes the oil gearbox unit with 8 arms and 15x600-6 pivoting wheels. GR300 is available in a single version with shock absorber on the 3 point hitch. 9 ARMS ROTARY RAKE, for larger operations, consist of the model GR350. This model is available as 3 point hitch or pull type models with a fixed three point hitch (and with twin wheels for greater grip on the uneven terrain), or with an off-set 3point hitch (that allows the machine to smoothly follow the tractor). In the pull type version the GR is complete with front adjustment screw to regulate tilt and with rear screw to adjust the height. 11 ARMS ROTARY RAKE, for very large or commercial operations, consist of the model GR385 and model GR450. Model GR385 is available in the same version of models as the GR350. Hobby Farmers' Packages
The Tonutti Company, leader in the hay line, is offering a new range of products dedicated exclusively to the hobby farmer. The complete range of machines enable you to carry out all operations from the mowing to the wrapping and all of this with the maximum ease and minimum maintenance. All the machines of this new line are characterised by compact sizes and easy handling which allow to operate in all areas. Our reply to your requirements: MOWING: you can choose a double action sickle bar mower model FD-J120 or FD-J135 that will assure a clean cut on any type of forage even when damp or flattened. These machines are available with the mechanical or hydraulic lift system. Otherwise you can choose the disc mower model BR120 which combines functionality with small dimensions. With the BR120 you can obtain very good results while maintaining a high operation speed. This machine is available with the mechanical or hydraulic lift system. TEDDING: in order to obtain a good quality forage and grant you a long conservation it is a good rule to assure that the forage has a low percentage of moisture before baling. To guarantee this and to speed up the harvesting time you should use our tedder GT250 that will assure a perfect, uniform spreading and consequently a perfectly aired forage. This machine is available with a three point hitch or drawbar, swivel or fixed ground wheels. RAKING: you can choose the traditional rake model P2T or P3T with respectively 2 or 3 crop-driven raking finger wheels mounted on a three point hitch. High quality materials ensure a long lasting working life with very low maintenance. If however you desire a more “sophisticated” machine you can choose the Tonutti rotary rake model GR200 JR with 8 arms. This machine handles the crop gently avoiding any soil contamination, fast and sturdy, it is suitable for any type of terrain. BALING: the model R500/Z is the mini round baler with a fix chamber that can be used in any condition including narrow and low areas as well as steep slopes. The bales that are formed are compact and small enough to be carried by hand. WRAPPING: the wrapper for mini round bales model FW500/Z allows you to complete the processing of your forage and to store it for long periods in small spaces. It is a light and compact machine which has nothing to envy to the larger wrappers used by contractors with regards to performance. If you already have a traditional square baler, Tonutti suggests you the mini wrapper for mini square bales, model FW500/4K.

Hay-rakes
Raptor 4GW series finger wheel rake The Raptor V series with 4 ground wheels available with 10 or 12 finger wheels is a new low cost solution for medium-to-large sized areas, including inclines. All finger wheels are independently spring loaded, this allows each finger wheel to adapt perfectly to the ground. The windrow width is easily adjustable using the cranks on the last two finger wheels on the machine. The center kicker wheels are exactly the same as the normal rake wheels. The rakes included in this series have an infinity of working width which vary from the transport position to its maximum working width up to 6.73 m (22’ 5’’). The frame is completely new, very flexible and robust with a fix draw bar in the back. The rake is much stronger than our Jumbo series and will fit exactly the market niche where you need a stronger rake than a Jumbo, but not as big and less expensive than a Dominator.

Rotary tillers

Carted-rakes
An inexpensive carted rake with working width from 5.90 m (19’8”) to 7.30 m (24’ 4”) with 8, 10 or 12 finger wheels. An hydraulically controlled mechanism converts the machine from transport to work position in only a few seconds.The working width and the angle of the fingerwheels are easily adjustable to requirements based on the type and conditions of the forage. Wheel Rakes
Millennium Series Finger Wheel Rakes
The Millennium is the largest in size series of Rakes produced by Tonutti with working width up to 11.70 meters and up to 20 finger wheels. Its heavy, stable and flexible structure works on inclines,hills and also very rough and uneven terrain. The setting of the windrow width is carried out by simply adjusting the last two finger wheels using the regulating screw crank.These rake wheels are independently adjustable by means of an (optional) electronic device directly from the tractor seat. The independently spring loaded finger wheels also follow perfectly the contour of difficult terrains. Especially delicate forage like alfalfa is pushed gently into a loose and fluffy windrow without destroying any leaves so that its high nutritional value is maintained.The Millennium is the ideal machine for medium-sized to even very large farms and is suitable for all kinds of forage,including straw,from simple to difficult terrain and from flat land to hilly and inclined terrain.
